Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Ryxx application or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Oniva İnternet, the operator of Ryxx.

You must be at least 17 years old to use Ryxx. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 17, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that we discover belong to users under the minimum age.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account. You must notify us immediately at support@ryxxapp.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

Ryxx characters are AI-generated fictional personas. They are not real people, do not have consciousness, and are not a substitute for human relationships, professional advice, or mental health support. Any resemblance to real individuals is unintentional. The responses generated by Ryxx AI characters are produced algorithmically and may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or inconsistent. You understand and accept this limitation.

You agree not to use Ryxx to: • Generate, request, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, harassing, or defamatory. • Attempt to circumvent the Service's content moderation or safety systems. • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service. • Use automated means (bots, scrapers, scripts) to access or interact with the Service without our express written consent. • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. • Introduce malware, viruses, or any other harmful code into the Service. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice.

Ryxx allows you to create a Persona (a fictional user identity) and to submit characters for official approval. You retain ownership of original content you create. By submitting a character for official status, you grant Oniva İnternet a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, operate, and promote that character within the Service. We reserve the right to modify, reject, or remove submitted characters at our discretion.

Ryxx uses a virtual currency called Gems. Gems may be earned through in-app activities (daily login, milestones, streaks) or granted by Oniva İnternet at its discretion. Gems have no real-world monetary value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Oniva İnternet may modify the Gem economy at any time.

Ryxx offers a free tier and a Premium subscription. Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's store settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain access until that date. Refunds are governed by the policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store respectively. Oniva İnternet does not process refunds directly.

The Ryxx application, its design, brand, official AI characters, and all associated content are the intellectual property of Oniva İnternet and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content or for any decisions you make based on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oniva İnternet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Ryxx after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For significant changes, we will notify you via push notification or in-app message.
