Ryxx ("Ryxx", "we", "us", or "our") is an AI companion application developed and operated by Oniva İnternet. If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, you can reach us at support@ryxxapp.com.

Account information: your email address and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth). Profile data: your display name, persona details, and any optional profile information you provide. App content: messages you send to AI characters, AI-generated images and videos associated with your account, memories and facts you create, and chat settings. Technical data: device type, operating system, app version, push notification tokens (FCM), crash reports, and general usage metrics. Purchase data: subscription status and transaction identifiers processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store via RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

We use your data to: deliver and operate the Ryxx service; personalise your experience and maintain your relationship history with characters; send push notifications you have opted into; process subscription purchases; provide customer support; detect and prevent abuse; and improve the quality of the service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your conversations with Ryxx AI characters are private to your account. Message content is processed in real time by our AI inference provider (OpenRouter) to generate character responses and is not retained by that provider beyond the immediate request. We do not use your personal conversation content to train AI models. In limited circumstances — such as investigating a safety or abuse report — authorised staff may access conversation data. Voice content is synthesised by Fish.audio and is not stored beyond delivery.

Images and videos generated within Ryxx are created by third-party AI providers (including services accessed via OpenRouter and fal.ai) and stored securely in your account in Supabase Storage. You may delete generated media at any time from within the app. We do not share your generated media with other users.

We use the following third-party services to operate Ryxx: • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage (EU / US) • Vercel — web hosting and API edge functions (global CDN) • OpenRouter — AI language model inference (US) • Fish.audio — text-to-speech voice synthesis (US) • fal.ai — AI image and video generation (US) • RevenueCat — in-app purchase management (US) • Google Firebase / FCM — push notification delivery (US) • Expo / EAS — mobile app build and OTA update delivery (US) • Resend — transactional email delivery (US) Each sub-processor is bound by appropriate data processing agreements and applicable privacy law.

Your account and all associated data (messages, images, memories, settings) are retained until you delete your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Certain aggregated, anonymised usage statistics may be retained for service improvement purposes after deletion.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@ryxxapp.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Ryxx is operated from Turkey by Oniva İnternet. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and the European Union, where our sub-processors operate. Where required, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

Ryxx is intended for users aged 17 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 17. If you believe a child under 17 has created an account, please contact us at support@ryxxapp.com and we will delete the account promptly.

The Ryxx mobile application does not use cookies. Our website (ryxxapp.com) uses only essential, session-level cookies required to serve the site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of Ryxx after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For significant changes, we will notify you via a push notification or in-app message.
